Senior Adult Ministry

“Live, Laugh, Love!”…it’s a motto printed on signs and plaques in gift and novelty shops, but it is really what goes on in our Senior Adult Ministry.  If you like to Live, Laugh, Love, you need to come check us out.

Come spend your noon hour with us for our Senior Adult Luncheon on the 1^st Tuesday of each month (except July).  We enjoy each other, guest entertainment, and good food.  The cost is only $3, but the encouragement you will receive is priceless.

Each year we take a Senior Adult Trip together. (Sometimes more than one)  We travel by bus to a destination for fun and spiritual refreshment.  Our past trips have included places like Branson, Gatlinburg, or the Cumberland County Play House. 

We have as much fun together getting to and from our destination as we do at the destination itself. 

We have several Sunday Morning Bible Studies for Senior Adults of all ages.  You’ll have the opportunity to Live, Laugh, Love in these classes too. You will note several volunteer opportunities throughout the year such as Celebrate America, Pumpkin Patch, and VBS; and in productions like Jerusalem Walk and Godspell, as well as several ongoing ministries like volunteer readers for Community Kids, Hacoba Ministries at St Elmo, Homebound Team, and Senior Adult Gospel Choir, and many, many more!
